很多人英文日常對話沒問題，但一到面試場合就腦袋空白、說不出話來。 這不是英文程度的問題，而是不熟悉面試情境的語言模式。 以下 10 句話，涵蓋面試從頭到尾最常用到的情境，熟練之後你會發現面試不再那麼可怕。
自我介紹
1. 開場破冰
"Thank you for having me. I've been looking forward to this opportunity."
進入面試室後先說這句，比直接開始自我介紹更有禮貌，也能給面試官留下沉穩的第一印象。
2. 介紹自己的背景與強項
"I have X years of experience in [field], with a strong focus on [strength]. I'm particularly proud of [achievement]."
自我介紹不要背稿式地從頭唸，用這個句型架構讓你聽起來更自然、更有重點。 例如："I have three years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on content strategy. I'm particularly proud of growing our Instagram following by 150% within six months."
回答常見問題
3. 談論優點
"One of my key strengths is [strength]. For example, in my previous role, I [specific example]."
說優點一定要搭配具體例子，否則只是空話。面試官想聽的是「你怎麼證明」，不只是「你覺得自己怎樣」。
4. 談論缺點（誠實但正向）
"I tend to be a perfectionist, which sometimes slows me down. But I've been working on prioritizing tasks and setting realistic deadlines."
這是面試陷阱題，關鍵是：說一個真實但可改善的缺點，並說明你正在積極處理它。
5. 說明為什麼想加入這家公司
"I've been following [Company]'s work for a while, and I'm particularly impressed by [specific thing]. I believe my background in [skill] aligns well with your team's goals."
這句話的重點是要說具體的事情，例如公司的某個產品、最近的新聞、或是公司文化， 而不是說「因為你們公司很有名」。
展現主動與熱情
6. 描述過去的成就
"In my previous position, I was responsible for [task], and I managed to [result] by [action taken]."
使用 STAR 架構（Situation → Task → Action → Result）回答行為面試題， 讓你的答案有邏輯、有數據、有說服力。
7. 表達對職位的熱情
"This role really excites me because it combines [aspect 1] and [aspect 2], which are both areas I'm passionate about."
應對突發狀況
8. 爭取思考時間
"That's a great question. Let me think about that for a moment."
遇到沒想到的問題，千萬不要沉默或說「I don't know」。這句話能讓你優雅地爭取幾秒鐘整理思緒。
9. 說明沒有相關經驗但有學習意願
"I haven't had direct experience with [X], but I've been proactively learning about it through [method], and I'm confident I can get up to speed quickly."
面試結尾
10. 反問面試官（加分題）
"What does success look like in this role during the first 90 days?"
面試最後通常會問「你有什麼問題想問我們嗎？」說「沒有」是大忌。 這句話展現了你對職位的認真態度，也讓你更了解這份工作的期望。
練習才是關鍵
光是背下這 10 句話還不夠，更重要的是大聲練習到流暢自然。 對著鏡子練、錄音回放、找朋友模擬面試——任何方式都好，就是不要只在腦袋裡默背。
